You can read an excerpt from the Introduction to values lesson and try out a reflective exercise that helps you think about your own values.
In module 2 you will:
- Learn about the concept of values in personal and professional life, the connection between values and well-being, and the role of different values in your life.
- Complete exercises to help you reflect and clarify your values, as well as acting according to your values.
- Assess your psychological flexibility and provide feedback on the section.
The 1 week - the self-study week - consists of 4 short learning cycles. Reserve approximately 15-20 min for each. You can read and do them all at once or divide the learning and doing the exercises into smaller parts at suitable time slots during the week.
During the second week there is time to have a group discussion, and the end of the module you will again assess your goal and your psychological flexibility.
