Reviewing your goal

At the start of this module, we touched upon the connection between values and goals. It is not enough for your well-being to just identify your values; they must influence your actions and the decisions you actively make about the things that matter to you. Yet not everything has to be done perfectly at once: in the pursuit of a life based on values, even small actions have a positive impact on well-being. It is beneficial to use your values to inform and shape goals. When you identify what is truly important to you (your values), you can set goals that are meaningful and aligned with these values. 

Reflect on the goal you set at the beginning of the course: has your perspective on this goal changed? Would you like to keep, modify, or set a new goal now and if yes, how? You can write a new or modified goal below:
