Welcome to the WELLS well-being program!
The main focus of this program is to develop your psychological flexibility. This program is based on scientific research and aims to equip you with tools for professional and personal well-being.
Learning Goals:
During this program, you will:
- Learn to make decisions based on your own personal values.
- Practice speaking about well-being-related topics with others.
- Learn to think about different aspects of your personal and professional well-being through various reflective exercises that you can apply to everyday life.
- Gain an understanding of the six core processes of psychological flexibility: defusion, acceptance, self as context, contact with the present moment, values, and committed action.
- Assess and reflect on various aspects of your personal and professional well-being.
Program Structure:
- Introductory module - 1 week 2-8.9
- 6 content modules - duration: 2 weeks/module (12 weeks total)
- Week 1 of each module: independent work
Introductions, exercises, and reflections - Week 2 of each module: group meeting
- Week 1 of each module: independent work
Well-being Assessments:
- Introductory module: initial well-being survey and feedback on psychological flexibility, personal well-being, work well-being and skills, and work culture
- End of Modules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5: short follow-up assessment and feedback on psychological flexibility
- Module 6: final well-being survey and feedback on psychological flexibility, personal well-being, work well-being and skills, and work culture
- You can keep track of your results in the Well-being Score Card
