Welcome to the WELLS well-being program!
The aim and content of the program
The main focus of this program is to develop your psychological flexibility. This program is based on scientific research and aims to equip you with tools for professional and personal well-being.
Changing the language
- Click on the circle icon in the top right corner that contains your initials.
- Click on Language and choose either Finnish or English. This will set the language for the entire program content.
Start this way
- Fill in the consent form (the first contents of the program will open afterwards).
- Explore the group work area and Module 0: Psychological flexibility.
What will You learn?
- Make decisions based on your own personal values.
- Practice speaking about well-being-related topics with others.
- Think about different aspects of your personal and professional well-being through various reflective exercises that you can apply to everyday life.
- Gain an understanding of the six core processes of psychological flexibility: defusion, acceptance, self as context, contact with the present moment, values, and committed action.
- Assess and reflect on various aspects of your personal and professional well-being.
Well-being Assessments
- At the beginning and at the end of the program you will respond to more comprehensive well-being surveys
- At the end of modules 1-5 you will fill in short psychological flexibility assessments
- You can keep track of your results in the Well-being Score Card>
